Type of Accommodation
The property is managed as a tourist rental in accordance with Italian law.
It is not a hotel, guesthouse, or B&B; therefore, no restaurant service, breakfast, reception, or daily cleaning service is provided.

Booking and Payment
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total stay amount.
The remaining balance, if applicable, will be paid according to the instructions provided before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No additional charges will apply beyond the retained deposit.

Check-in and Check-out
Self check-in from 3:00 PM onwards via key lockbox.
Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Guest Registration Requirement
Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in, providing:

Personal details of all guests

Front and back photo of an identity document for each guest

This registration is required by law under Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. and Ministerial Decree 7 January 2013, with transmission through the Alloggiati Web system of the Italian State Police.
Data is also transmitted to the Puglia Region / ISTAT for statistical purposes.
Access to the property is allowed only for registered guests.

House Rules

Parties and events are not allowed.

Unregistered guests are not permitted.

Guests must respect the space and the quiet of the neighborhood.

Any damages found upon departure will be charged to the guest responsible for the stay.

Acceptance
Confirming the booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Purpose of Data Processing
The data is processed solely for the following purposes:

guest registration for public security purposes, as required by Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. and Ministerial Decree of 7 January 2013, through the Alloggiati Web portal of the State Police;

transmission of statistical data to the Puglia Region / ISTAT in compliance with legal obligations;

management of the booking and contractual relationship, including any necessary communication.

Processing is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

Data Retention
Data required for mandatory registrations is stored according to applicable legal requirements.
Any administrative and fiscal data related to payments may be retained for up to 10 years, if required for accounting purposes.
